Legend Rehabilitation was founded in 1999, by (Daniel) Lap Ku, PT, L.Ac, who has over 30 years of direct patient-care experience. He is a NY State licensed physical therapist, licensed acupuncturist and board-certified herbalist.
In 2026, he was joined by his daughter Christy Ku, PT, DPT, L.Ac., who is also a NY State licensed physical therapist and licensed acupuncturist.

By integrating the principles of Eastern and Western medicine, patients receive individualized care through physical therapy, acupuncture and herbal medicine. By the blending of two ideas, treatment can reach both physical & deeper energetic levels, often resulting in more complete, effective & long-lasting outcomes.
